Reinstalling the Mobile App

To reinstall the Mobile App, carry out the following:

  1. Close the Mobile App.
  2. Uninstall the Mobile App by accessing Settings > Apps > ComplianceMate on the tablet, and choosing uninstall.
  3. Install the Mobile App on the tablet (see Installing the Mobile App).
  4. Register the tablet with your location (see Registering a Tablet with a Location).
  5. Once the Mobile App is loaded, carry out a manual Sync the tablet to make sure all data and lists are current (see Manually Synchronizing Data).

You are ready to go!
