To reinstall the Mobile App, carry out the following:
- Close the Mobile App.
- Uninstall the Mobile App by accessing Settings > Apps > ComplianceMate on the tablet, and choosing uninstall.
- Install the Mobile App on the tablet (see Installing the Mobile App).
- Register the tablet with your location (see Registering a Tablet with a Location).
- Once the Mobile App is loaded, carry out a manual Sync the tablet to make sure all data and lists are current (see Manually Synchronizing Data).
You are ready to go!
