Registration of a tablet with a location is handled through the Server App:
- Registration can be carried out using either of the following methods:
- Generating a QR Code on the Server App that is then scanned by the Mobile App.
- Generating a One-time Code on the Mobile App that is then entered into the Server App.
- A tablet can only be registered with one location at a time.
- A tablet can be moved from one location to another:
- Data previously collected and synchronized through the tablet will remain on the server for the location.
- When the tablet is moved to another location, data from previous locations cannot be accessed through the tablet.
- A location can have more than one tablet.
Before you begin using the Mobile App...
Before you begin using the Mobile App on a tablet, the following must be carried out by your system manager:
- The Mobile App must be installed on the tablet:
- The tablet must be registered at a location in the Server App. Once the tablet is registered, that tablet can be used at the location without the need to enter any additional credentials.
