Accessing the Mobile App

To access the Mobile App, tap the icon to start the Mobile App:

• If the tablet was previously registered with the location through the Server App, the default login credentials created for the tablet during the registration process are used and the Dashboard screen for the registered location appears:

  

• If the tablet was not previously registered with your location or has become unregistered, the Tablet Registration screen appears and the tablet needs to be registered with the location before you can use it ( Click Here for more information):

  

The Mobile App Banner

The banner is located at the top of the screen and includes three elements:

1. The Mobile App menu icon that, when tapped on, opens the Mobile App menu:

      

2. The name of the active Mobile App feature (e.g., Dashboard)
3. The refresh button that, when tapped, refreshes the screen.

The Mobile App Navigation Bar

The Navigation Bar (NavBar) is located below the application banner and also includes three elements:

1. The name of the organization.
2. The path from Corporate to the active location (in bold).
3. The Dashboard menu icon that, when tapped, displays the Dashboard menu:
