Backing Up the Database

The following should only be done at the direction of a ComplianceMate Support Agent.

To manually backup the ComplianceMate database on the Mobile App and uploaded it to the ComplianceMate server for analysis, carry out the following:

1. Tap on the Mobile App menu icon and choose Sync. The Synchronize Data screen appears:

        

2. Tap BACKUP DATABASE, located at the bottom of the screen.
   • If the Mobile App is able to connect with the ComplianceMate server, a backup of your Mobile App's ComplianceMate database is immediately created and uploaded to the server.
   • If the Mobile App is not able to connect to the ComplianceMate server, an error message appears:

     

     • Tap OK, check connections, and try again.
