How does a sensor warranty swap work?

Answer

For a sensor warranty swap, we will send you one or more replacement sensors, as needed.

You will then replace and discard the sensor(s):

If the warranty swap also includes replacing the gateway, you will do that work first do that before you replace the sensors. You will also need to return the old gateway to ComplianceMate to avoid being charged for it:
