Are non-LoRa WAN sensors still supported?

Answer

After August 31, 2020, ComplianceMate will longer support the non-LoRa WAN sensors (the devices with the antennas on the outside).

For as long as these devices perform, ComplianceMate will continue to send out alerts and generate reports based on the data that they transmit; however, we will not be able to support the sensors, themselves, beyond beyond August 31, 2020 as these sensors are more expensive to obtain and difficult to maintain than the LoRa sensors we support now.
