Once to have verified that the sensor is working (more info >), proceed as follows:
- Reinstall the sensor from where it was removed.
- Access the location's Dashboard through the Server App.
- Locate the card for the sensor whose batteries you just replaced:
- Check to see that the last readings on the graph are green:
- If not, wait until they turn to green before proceeding.
- Click the resume icon, located in the lower right corner of the card. The pause dialog appears for the sensor:
- Click Clear Pause.
The sensor, and its alerts, should now be functioning properly.
