Battery Replacement 4: Reinstalling the Sensor and Resuming Alerts

Once to have verified that the sensor is working (more info >), proceed as follows:

  1. Reinstall the sensor from where it was removed.
  2. Access the location's Dashboard through the Server App.
  3. Locate the card for the sensor whose batteries you just replaced:

  4. Check to see that the last readings on the graph are green:
    • If not, wait until they turn to green before proceeding.
  5. Click the resume icon, located in the lower right corner of the card. The pause dialog appears for the sensor:

      

  6. Click Clear Pause.

The sensor, and its alerts, should now be functioning properly.
