If you are experiencing a weak Wi-Fi signal at your location and you are having problems completing checklists when you are far from the Wi-Fi router (e.g., the router is in the back of the house and your checklist needs to be completed in the front), you can carry out the following to improve the process:
- Before starting the checklist, go to the space where the router is located.
- If your checklist requires a probe, be sure to bring the probe with you and turn it on.
- In the Mobile App, start the checklist.
- Once the checklist has opened and the probe, if required, has connected, go to the location where the checklist needs to be completed and complete the items on the checklist.
- After completing the last item on the checklist, return to the router location and tap Complete.
This is only a short term solution. A longer term solution would be to look into getting Wi-Fi repeaters placed between the router and the spaces at your location with the weakest signals.
