Answer
If you are trying to register the tablet using the instructions found in How do I register a tablet with a location? but you are unable to scan the QR code or generate a one-time code, you can work through the following steps before contacting support:
- Close and restart the Mobile App, then try to register the tablet.
- If that doesn't work:
- Turn the tablet off and on, then try to register the tablet.
- If that doesn't work:
- Close the Mobile App.
- Clear the ComplianceMate app cache:
- Settings > Apps > ComplianceMate > Storage > Clear cache
- Start the Mobile App, then try to register the tablet.
- If that doesn't work:
- Close the Mobile App.
- Make sure the Mobile App has permission to use the camera:
- Settings > Apps > ComplianceMate > Permissions > Camera (enabled)
- Start the Mobile App, then try and register the tablet.
- If that doesn't work:
- Close the Mobile App.
- Reinstall the Mobile App (see Reinstalling the Mobile App).
- Start the Mobile App, then try and register the tablet.
- If that doesn't work, contact us.
