Note that our standard working hours are 9:00AM to 5:00PM (EST), Monday through Friday.

  • If at any time you contact support by email, a support ticket will be automatically created and a support team member will contact you during normal working hours to determine what further action needs to be taken.
  • If you call support during normal working hours, the support team member will review your issue with you, create a support ticket if needed, and determine what further action needs to be taken. 
  • If you call support during non-working hours, you can leave a voicemail message and a support ticket will be automatically created. A support team member will contact you during normal working hours to determine what further action needs to be taken.
