To create a support ticket using the Mobile App, carry out the following:

Tap Support. on the Dashboard menu. The Create Ticket form appears:
The Creating Ticket As field is pre-populated with the value from the location’s Support Email field as set up in the Server App.
- Enter a Subject and Description of the issue you need resolved.
- Tap Send Ticket to submit it to the Compliance Support Team.
