Working with List Completions on the Mobile App v6 Home Screen

If you are migrating from v5.3 of the Mobile App, you will recognize most of what you see in the List completions tab as what was displayed in the bottom section of the Dashboard screen with some nice additions.

The List completions tab displays information about checklist completion for your location. The checklists are grouped based on the checklist type:

From here, you can view details for the list completion, as well as the answers submitted. 

Required lists

Required checklists are those checklists that have been flagged in the Server App setup to be required for completion and included in completion percentages.

The Required lists group provides a count for the number of required checklists and a list of all those currently setup for the location:

The list can be filtered by tapping on the Show field and choosing from the following:

  • All displays all required checklists
  • Missed displays all required checklists that have expired and were no completed
  • Completed displays all required checklists that have been completed
  • In-progress displays all required checklists that have been started but not completed
  • Available displays all required checklists that are currently available for completion but have not been started nor have they been completed

Checklist Card

Each checklist card provides the following information:

  • The name of the checklist
  • The availability (icon) of the checklist

            

    • A lock indicates the checklist is not yet available
    • A clock indicates the checklist is now available for completion
    • A green checkmark indicates the checklist is complete
    • A red X indicates the checklist was missed
  • The status of the checklist:
    • Available from indicates the time when the checklist is available for completion
    • Completed indicates the checklist has been completed
    • Missed indicates the checklist was available during the times shown but was not completed
  • The completion percentages:
    • The top number indicates the percentage of required items that were completed
    • The bottom number indicates the percentage of items that are required

Checklist Details

Tapping on a checklist card displays details of the checklist:

  • Required is the percentage of required items that were completed
  • Overall is the percentage of all items that were completed
  • Duration is the amount of time spent completing the checklist
  • Req./Total are counts for the number of required items and the total number of items
  • Due by is the interval completion day and time defined for the checklist

Checklist Responses

You can view the checklist responses by tapping View responses on the checklist details card:

For each item, the following appears:

  • The date and time when the item was answered
  • The item name
  • The Entered value, if any

The Red Required flag means the checklist item is required to be completed in order to complete the checklist. If this flag does not exist for an item, it is optional and may be skipped.

Tapping on an item expands it so you can view more details about the item and the answer:

Tapping on Read all and a dialog opens to show all the text from the item:

Non-required lists

The Non-required lists group provides a count for the number of non-required checklists and a list of all those currently setup for the location:

This group works much the same as the Required lists group, only the checklists have not been flagged to be included in required items or completion percentages, 

The list can be filtered by tapping on the Show field and choosing from the following:

  • All displays all non-required checklists
  • Missed displays all non-required checklists that have expired and were no completed
  • Completed displays all non-required checklists that have been completed
  • In-progress displays all non-required checklists that have been started but not completed
  • Available displays all non-required checklists that are currently available for completion but have not been started nor have they been completed

Reusable lists

The Reusable lists group provides a count for the number of reusable checklists and a list of all those currently setup for the location:

Checklist Card

Each checklist card provides the following information:

  • The name of the checklist
  • Today's date
  • The number of times the checklist has been used

Checklist Use

Tapping on a checklist card displays details of each time the checklist has been used:

  • Synced time is when the answers for that use were synced with the ComplianceMate server
  • Required is the percentage of required fields that were completed for that use of the checklist
  • Overall is the percentage of fields that were completed for that use of the checklist
  • Duration is the amount of time spent completing that use of the checklist
  • Req./Total are counts for the number of required items and the total number of items

Checklist Use Responses

You can view the checklist responses for a use by tapping on its time in the use list:

For each item, the following appears:

  • The date and time when the item was answered
  • The item name
  • The Entered value, if any
