Getting Help
The ComplianceMate help system is available directly from Mobile App v6:

From the app menu, tap User Guide:
The User Guide screen appears:

Tap Open User Guide. The Finding Help for the Mobile App page appears in your tablet's default browser:
The help system has also been updated with a special collection of articles dedicated specifically to Mobile App v6:
There is lots of information available on Using the Online Help System that will make it easier for you to search for the information you need.
Creating a Support Ticket
If you can't find the information you need in the ComplianceMate help system, you can submit a ticket to ComplianceMate support using Mobile App v6:

From the app menu, tap Support Tickets:

The Support Tickets screen appears with cards for each Open ticket submitted for your location:

If no open tickets are found, the screen appears as follows:

Tap Create Ticket. A Create Ticket dialog appears:
- Enter a Subject and a Description of the support your need.
- Tap Send Ticket. The ticket is added to the Open tickets screen. Someone with support will contact you as soon as possible, either by phone or email.
Contacting Support
You can also use either of the following methods:
- Emailing support@compliancemate.com
- Dialing (877) 425-7800 and pressing either 0 or 1
Note that our standard working hours are 9:00AM to 5:00PM (EST), Monday through Friday.
- If at any time you contact support by email, a support ticket will be automatically created and a support team member will contact you during normal working hours to determine what further action needs to be taken.
- If you call support during normal working hours, the support team member will review your issue with you, create a support ticket if needed, and determine what further action needs to be taken.
- If you call support during non-working hours, you can leave a voicemail message and a support ticket will be automatically created. A support team member will contact you during normal working hours to determine what further action needs to be taken.
