Working with the Mobile App v6 Home Screen

The Home screen appears when you first access the Mobile App:

  

Action Buttons

There are three action buttons at the top of the Home screen:

  • Timed logs gives you a count of the number of active timed logs. When tapped, the Timed logs screen opens (for more info, click here).
  • Tasks gives you a count of incomplete tasks at your location. When tapped, the Tasks screen opens (for more info, click here).
  • Messages gives you a count of the number of new messages that have been received but not acknowledged. When tapped, the Messages screen opens (for more info, click here).

Incidents

The Incidents card is located below the action buttons on the Home page:

This card provides you wit the following for the past seven days:

  • A graphic count of the total number of device incidents that have happened each day.
  • Which sensor has had the most alerts and how many were triggered.

List completions (Today)

The List completions card is located to the right of the Incidents card:

This card provides you with the following information about list completions for Today:

  • The total number of available Required checklists / the total number of Required checklists.
  • The number of Missed required checklists.
  • The number of Completed required checklists.
  • The number In-progress required checklists.
  • The number of Non-required checklists.
  • The number of Reusable checklists.

Sensors (tab)

The Sensors tab at the bottom of the Home screen displays information about the sensors at your location:

The List completions tab displays information about checklist completion for your location:
