To access the Mobile App, tap the icon to start the Mobile App:

If the tablet was previously registered with the location through the Server App, the default login credentials created for the tablet during the registration process are used and the Home screen for the registered location appears:

If the tablet was not previously registered with your location or has become unregistered, the Tablet Registration screen appears and the tablet needs to be registered with the location before you can use it (for more info, click here):
The Mobile App Menu
The Mobile App menu is accessed using the 3-bar icon located in the top-left corner of the Home, Checklists, Timed Logs, Tasks, and Reports screens:
- Insights gives you to access statistical reports for checklists, timed logs, and sensors (for more info, click here).
- Messages gives you to access new messages that have been sent to your location, as well as previous messages that were acknowledged by a Mobile App user (for more info, click here).
- Settings is where you set preferences, manage probes, manually sync data, backup the database, scan the network, and view application information (for more info, click here).
- Sensor Alerts takes you to a list of all Triggered Alerts where you can pause/activate alert notifications, enter corrective actions, and resolve alerts. You can also view sensor notification history (for more info, click here).
- List Reminders takes you to a list of reminders that were triggered for checklists (for more info, click here).
- Support Tickets takes you to lists of open and closed support tickets for your location. From here, you can also create a new support ticket (for more info, click here).
- User Guide takes you to the ComplianceMate Help for Mobile App v6.
Function Icons
At the bottom of the Home, Checklists, Timed Logs, Tasks, and Reports screens are five icons that quickly take you to key functions in the Mobile App:
- Home brings you back to the main home screen you see when you open the Mobile App.
- Checklists takes you to the Checklists screen where can complete available checklists, as well as access checklists that have already been completed (for more info, click here).
- Timed logs takes you to the Timed logs screen where you can create and complete new checklists (for more info, click here).
- Tasks takes you to the Tasks screen where you can create new tasks or complete existing ones (for more info, click here).
- Reports takes you to the Reports screen where you can review previously generated reports for your location or request a new report (for more info, click here).
The Refresh Icon
Many screens contain a Refresh icon, typically located in the upper right corner of the screen:
When tapped, it refreshes the information presented by the screen. This is especially useful on screens like the Home screen which pulls its data from multiple components of ComplianceMate that are constantly being updated, such as list completions and sensor incidents.
