If the camera is not working when you are trying to add an image to a checklist, carry out the following:
- Check to make sure the ComplianceMate has permission to access the camera in the tablet's Settings (see Viewing App Settings for the Mobile App):
- If the ComplianceMate app does not have permission to access the camera, enable it.
- Check to see if the camera will now work on checklists in the Mobile App:
- You may need to restart the Mobile App.
- Reinstall the Mobile App and then check to see if the camera will now work on checklists in the Mobile App (see Reinstalling the Mobile App).
If you have carried out both of the above and the camera will still not work on checklists in the Mobile App, contact ComplianceMate Support.
