Checklists not loading on a iPad. What do I do?

If checklists are not loading on an iPad tablet, carry out the following:

  • Make sure the iPad is charged above 30%:
    1. If not, charge the iPad to more than 30%.
    2. Try loading the checklists in the ComplianceMate app.
  • Check Wi-Fi in Settings to confirm that the iPad is connected to a network that has Internet connectivity:
    1. If not, connect to a known Wi-Fi network.
    2. Try loading the checklists in the ComplianceMate app.
  • In the ComplianceMate app, carry out a manual Sync and then see if the checklists will load (see Manually Synchronizing Data).
  • Restart the iPad:
    1. Close the ComplianceMate app.
    2. Press and hold the top button until the power off slide appears.
    3. Drag the slide to Off.
    4. Wait 30 seconds.
    5. Turn the iPad on by pressing and holding the top button until the Apple log appears.
    6. Once the tablet has restarted, start the ComplianceMate and see if the checklists load.
  • Re-register the iPad:
    1. Access Account Settings and make sure that there is nothing typed in the User ID, Password, or Account fields on the Login Information screen.
    2. Register the tablet with the location (see Registering a Tablet with a Location).
    3. Carry out a manual Sync (see Manually Synchronizing Data).
    4. See if the checklists now load.
