How do I get repairs for my Samsung tablet?

There are two options for getting your Samsung tablet repaired:

• Call 1-833-965-1615.
• File an online claim at https://samsungenterprise.servify.tech/
  • You will need to login to this site in order to file a claim. If you don't have an account, you can enroll on that page. You will need to provide the IMEI or Serial Number of the tablet when filling in the form.

Samsung has stated that it is much faster to file a claim online. Once you file the claim, the following will occur:

1. Samsung will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
2. Power off the tablet.
3. Wrap it securely in protective packaging (e.g., bubble wrap) to prevent damage and place it in a strong box.
4. Tape up the box, print the label, and attach it to the box.
5. Drop off the box at the shipping company identified on the label.

Keep a copy of the label, as it will have a tracking number on it.
