A QR code is basically a picture that contains information that can be used by a smart device.
In the case of a QR code that you might have received from ComplianceMate, it is the Web address of you organization's server or the address of a category/section/article in the Help System.
If you scan the QR code, it will take you to the Web page represented by the QR code.
How to scan a QR code in Google Chrome?
- Display the QR code, either on paper, in an email, or in a browser window on another device, such as a laptop or other smart device.
- Open the Web browser on your smart device. In the Search field, you will see a camera icon:

- Tap on the icon. The browser will open your camera.
- Point the camera at the QR code, and tap the shutter button to search:
