I clicked a link to get help, but I got an "Oops" message or "Sign in" page. What do I do?

Answer

We apologize that you are experiencing an issue using the Help System. Sometimes these issues are the result of your level of access to the system, while other times it is because we are constantly updating the system so you can get the most current information available.

Sign in Page

If you get a Sign in page, it means you need to sign before you can access the article as it is part of the Advanced Help System:

Oops: You're not authorized to access this page

If you get an Oops: You're not authorized to access this page, it means the page is actually not part of the help system or is currently being updated and has been taken offline:

  • Click Take me back to the home page and then use Search to find an article with the information you need (see Searching the Help System).

Oops: The page you were looking for doesn't exist

If you get an Oops: The page your were looking for doesn't exist, it means the page not longer exists, most likely because the information contained in the article is no longer applicable.

  • Click Take me back to the home page and then use Search to find an article with the information you need (see Searching the Help System).
