The information contained in this article is specific to the user account defined for use with TrackAssure. This account is separate from other Ladle accounts you may have, such as the one you use for the ComplianceMate Web app, AuditApp Mobile and Web, or ComplianceMate Help. While all of these accounts may use the same email address and you may choose to use the same password, they are not one account that can be used interchangebly.
Find Your Account Invitation
If you have never logged into TrackAssure, carry out the following:
- Check your email inbox for an email from info@compliancemate.com:
- If there is no email, check your junk/spam folders to make sure it was not rerouted there. If it was, trust the sender and move the email to your inbox.
- If you don't the email in your inbox or junk/spam folder, contact your system administrator.
- Open the email:

If you are a Location Admin, your email appears as follows:
Tap Login to TrackAssure. This will take you to the login page for the TrackAssure Web app, where you will log in and then create a permanent password (for more information, see Accessing the TrackAssure Server App). You can then use your new credentials to log into the Mobile App (see Accessing the TrackAssure Mobile App).

If you are an Employee, your email appears as follows:
Proceed to Accessing the TrackAssure Mobile App.

Accessing the TrackAssure Mobile App
To access the TrackAssure Mobile App, carry out the following:

Locate and tap on the TrackAsssure icon:
The TrackAssure splash screen appears, followed by the Welcome to TrackAssure screen:
- Enter your Email address.
- Enter your Password:
- If this is your first time logging into the Mobile App, use the temporary password that was provided to you in the email from info@compliancemate.com.
- Tap Continue:

If you have logged in before, the Receiving screen for your location appears (see Receiving Products with TrackAssure):

If this is first time you are logging the Mobile App, the Set new password screen appears:
Enter a new Password that meets the criteria described, then enter the same password in the Re-enter password field, and then tap Set password. Your password is now changed to the new password and the Receiving screen for your location appears (see Receiving Products with TrackAssure):
