Logging Into TrackAssure for the First Time
When your user account is first created, you will receive an email welcoming you to TrackAssure and providing you with temporary credentials for logging in:

Carry out the following to activate your TrackAssure account:

Click Login to TrackAssure. The Welcome to TrackAssure page appears in your browser window:
- Using the Login Details from the email:
- Enter your Username in the Email field.
- Enter the Temporary Password in the Password field.

Click Continue. The Set new password page appears:

Enter a New password in the field provided, using the properties defined below the field. As you complete each requirement, it will turn green with a checkmark next to it. When all requirements have been met, all lines will be green with checkmarks:
- In the Re-enter password field, enter your new password, and click Next. The following will occur:
- An email will be sent to your address with a 6-digit confirmation code.

The Confirm your code page appears:

Enter the 6-digit code that your received. The Welcome to TrackAssure page appears:
If you are an Employee, this is as far as you can go on the TrackAssure Web app. This app is only for use by Super Admins and Location Admins. If you attempt to login into the TrackAssure Web app, you will receive the following error message:
Your account can, however, access the TrackAssure mobile app. For more information, see Accessing the TrackAssure Mobile App.
- Enter your Email address, new Password, and click Continue. Your credentials will be verified and the appropriate page appears:

If you are a Location Admin, the Overview page for your location appears:

If you are a Super Admin, the Organization structure page appears:

Logging into TrackAssure with an Active Account
If you are an Employee, you cannot log into the TrackAssure Web app. This app is only for use by Super Admins and Location Admins. If you attempt to login into the TrackAssure Web app, you will receive the following error message:
Your account can, however, access the TrackAssure mobile app. For more information, see Accessing the TrackAssure Mobile App.
To log into TrackAsssure with an active account, carry out the following:

Enter the URL for TrackAssure that was provided to you by your system administrator. The Welcome to TrackAssure page appears:

Enter your Email address, new Password, and click Continue. Your credentials will be verified and the appropriate page appears:

If you are a Location Admin, the Overview page for your location appears:

If you are a Super Admin, the Organization structure page appears:
If you receive a message on the Welcome to TrackAssure page when logging in that reads "Invalid email or password." and you are sure that your login credentials are correct, try again. If you receive the message again, it could mean that your account has been set to Inactive by your system administrator. Contact your administrator to resolve the issue.

Forgot Password?
If you forget your password, you can carry out the following to create a new password:

Enter the URL for TrackAssure that was provided to you by your system administrator. The Welcome to TrackAssure page appears:

Click the Forgot password? link under the Password field. The Forgot your password? page appears:

Enter your Email address in the field provided, and click Proceed. If an account is found with that email address, the Set new password page appears:

Enter a New password in the field provided, using the properties defined below the field. As you complete each requirement, it will turn green with a checkmark next to it. When all requirements have been met, all lines will be green with checkmarks:
- In the Re-enter password field, enter your new password, and click Next. The following will occur:
- An email will be sent to your address with a 6-digit confirmation code.

Signing Out of TrackAssure
To sign out of TrackAssure, carry out the following:

Click on your name in the lower left corner of any TrackAssure page. A pop-up menu appears:

Click Sign out. Your current session is ended and the Welcome to TrackAssure page appears:
