Adding Comments or Images to a Checklist Item

Adding a Comment to a Checklist Item Response

If the option to add comments to your checklist item responses has been enabled, you will see a comment button (blue pencil icon) at the bottom of the screen when you open a checklist item:

To add a comment to a checklist item response, carry out the following:

1. Tap the comment button. A blank Comments box appears over the item.
2. Enter your comments in the box.
3. When finished, press Submit to return to the checklist item.
   • You can edit the comment by tapping on the comment button again.

Adding an Image to a Checklist Item Response

If the option to add images to your checklist item responses has been enabled, you will see an image button (blue camera icon) at the bottom of the screen when you open a checklist item:

To add an image to a checklist item response, carry out the following:

1. Tap the image button. The tablet's camera is activated.
2. Take the picture:
   • If the picture is not acceptable, tap Retry and take the picture again.
   • If the picture is acceptable, tap OK.
