Synchronizing Checklist Data

While accessing the Checklists function or completing items on a checklist, you may have noticed the Refreshing Checklists process occasionally pauses the Mobile App:

During this time, the Mobile App uploads data that has been collected to the ComplianceMate Server and downloads changes that have been made to checklists or timed logs through the Server App.

You can manually initiate this same activity by tapping on the Refresh icon, available on the Checklists screen:  

or by tapping the Complete button located in the upper right corner of the checklist items screen:

A full synchronization of the Mobile App with the ComplianceMate Server can be carried out using the Sync function, available through the Mobile App menu. For more information, see To manually synchronize data.
