Is there a printable version of the help system available or a PDF file we can download?

Answer

No. We currently do not have a printable version of the Help System available. We also do not provide a PDF version for downloading.

We feel that it is better for our users to work with the online Help System which we make every effort to keep current rather than using a PDF version that someone generated months ago that is now outdated.

Also, there are more than 500 articles currently available in the help system that are only manageable for use because of the search feature. A printed version would be very difficult to use.
