When you tap Send Ticket, the following occurs:
- A record of the ticket is created for the location.
- A ticket is created in the ComplianceMate support system.
- An email is sent to the email address from the Creating Ticket As field.
- An email is sent to the ComplianceMate support team.
The emails serve as a backup of the ticket, but the ticket is where you and support will communicate until the issue is resolved. Submitted tickets are accessed through the View Ticket function, where you can carry out the following:
- View the status of a ticket.
- Read responses from the ComplianceMate Support Team.
- Submit additional comments or reply to a ComplianceMate response.
