Near the bottom of an article, you will find links that allow you to give feedback, as well as Submit a request for additional help:
The Submit a request link all appears on the Search Results page (see Searching the Help System) and on the My Requests page (see Viewing Your Submitted Requests).
Offering Feedback
Feedback helps us know whether we are providing you with the information you need to get the most out of the ComplianceMate solution. You can provide feedback by answering the question: Was this article helpful?
- If the article was helpful, click Yes.
- If the article was not helpful, click No. We will review the information in the article to see if it can be improved.
Submitting a Request for Additional Help
If the article was not helpful, you can Submit a request for additional help:

Click the Submit a request link. The Submit a request page appears:
- If you are logged into the CM Help System, the Email field does not appear and your login credentials will be used for submitting the request.
- If you are not logged into the CM Help System, you will need to enter your address in the Email field in order to submit a request.
- In the Subject field, enter a subject or question that best describes what information you are looking for.

Scroll down to the Suggested Articles section of the form:
- Scroll through the articles to see if any might contain the information you are looking for.
- If you see an article that might work, click on the article name to view.

If you don't see an article that contains the information you need, scroll down to the Description field:
- Enter a description that best describes the information you need.
- Attach any files or images, if available.
- Click Submit. A message appears to let you know that a ticket was created in the support system, and for you to watch your email for a response.
Viewing Your Submitted Requests
To view your submitted requests, you must have registered to access the advanced help system and you must be signed in using those credentials.
Use the following procedure to view your submitted requests:

Click your avatar/name on the navigation bar, and choose Requests from the menu that appears:

If the 3-bar hamburger icon appears, click the icon, then click on your avatar/name and choose Requests from the menu that appears:
The My requests page appears:
- If you don't see the request you thought you submitted, you can click the Submit a Request link and add the request from here.
