Recording Transformed Products into TrackAssure
To record Transformed Products into TrackAssure, carry out the following:
If the Transform screen is not already active, tap the Transform icon at the bottom of the page:
The Transform screen appears with a list of recent entries:
- If In progress appears next to an item, it means that ingredients can still be added or removed from the dish.
- If Completed appears next to an item, it means that the item has been completed and no changes can be made.
If no entries are transformed, the screen appears as follows:
To add a new dish, tap +Prepare a new dish. A blank Prepare a new dish screen appears:
Enter a Dish Name and tap Create dish. The Add ingredients section appears:
Add ingredients:
If you want to use the barcode on a product you received or a prep item, tap Scan Barcode. The Scan Product screen appears:
Position the barcode from the product within the frame:
If you want manually search the list of received products or prepped items (e.g., if there was no barcode on the product or prepped item), tap Add Manually. The Select product screen appears with a list of Available inventory that includes all received products and prepped items that have not expired:
- You can filter the list to only show Prep items or Received products by tapping on the button next to the All button above the Available inventory.
Tap on a product or item you want to use in the dish.
The Prepare a new dish screen appears with the Ingredient added:
- Repeat adding ingredients until all the ingredients you need have been added to the dish:
Each time you add a product, it is marked as added on the Select product list:
To remove an ingredient, click the 3-dot option icon that appears to the right of the ingredient name and select Remove item from the menu that appears at the bottom of the screen:
The menu closes and the ingredient is removed.
When finished adding ingredients, click Save. A prompt appears asking if you are finished with the dish:
- If you are not finished with the dish, tap No. The Prepare a new dish screen is closed. You will be able to make changes to the dish.
If you are finished with the dish, tap Yes. The Prepare a new dish screen is closed and the Success! screen appears:
Tap Done.
- The dish is added to the Transform screen:
- If you chose No when asked if you were finished, In Progress appears next to the dish name.
- If you chose Yes when asked if your were finished, Completed appears next to the dish name.
Viewing and Editing a Transform Item
You can view a transformed item at any time. You can edit a transformed item only if the status is In progress.
To view and edit a transformed item, carry out the following:
If the Transform screen is not already active, tap the Transform icon at the bottom of the page:
The Transform screen appears with a list of recent entries:
- Tap on the Transform item you want to view:
If the item is In progress, an option menu appears at the bottom of the screen asking what action you want to carry out:
- If you want to edit the dish, tap Edit dish.
If you want to delete the dish, tap Delete dish. A delete confirmation dialog appears:
Tap Delete. The screen closes and the dish is deleted from the Transform screen.
If the item is Completed or you chose Edit dish for an In progress item, the Edit dish screen appears:
- If the item is In progress, you can modify the Ingredients, as needed.
- When finished, click Save:
- If the item was Completed, the Edit dish screen closes and the Transform screen appears.
If the item was In progress, a prompt appears asking if you are finished with the dish:
- If you are not finished with the dish, tap No. The Edit dish screen is closed and the Transform screen appears with the item status still In progress. You will be able to make changes to the dish.
If you are finished with the dish, tap Yes. The Edit dish screen is closed and the Success! screen appears:
Tap Done. The screen closes and the Transform screen appears. The status of the item is changed to Completed.
