List Completion - Req/All

For this article, we are using screen captures from the Server App. In the Mobile App, the screens have the same information and functionality as those in the Server App, but the layout and formatting have been modified to fit the smaller screens found on tablets and other smart devices.

The Filter

To view this report, select one of the following in the Report Type field:

  • List Completion - Req to base the report on active standard tablet lists and web lists that are required to be completed.
  • List Completion - All to base the report on all active lists standard tablet lists and web lists.

The report can be further filtered based on the following:

  • Date Range
  • Groups
  • Locations

The Report

When your active workspace is a group, the report appears as follows (only in the Server App):

For each location, a summary line provides the following information:

  • The number of lists (white numbers in a red oval)
    • For List Completion - Req, this is the count of all active required lists.
    • For List Completion - All, this is the count of all active lists.
  • The completion percentage for required lists and the completion percentage for all lists on the date at the top of the column.

When your active workspace is a location, the report is the same as for group, only the information displayed is only for that location (the is the default for the Mobile App):

When you tap/click on the Location name, that location expands to show either all lists or required lists for that location, depending on which report you are viewing:

  • For each list, the completion percentage for required list items and the completion percentage for all list items on the date at the top of the column.
  • If NA appears, it means the list was not available on that day.

List Responses

When you tap/click on any percentage number for a list, the List Responses page appears:

In the filter, you can carry out any of the following:

  • Choose a different list from the dropdown.
  • Change the Start and End dates of the responses you are viewing using the calendar tool that appears when you click in the field.

When finished, click Search. The resulting Responses appears in a report below the filter section:

  • You can collapse and expand the filter section by clicking on the Filters link above Responses.
  • For each list item, the report provides the following:
    • The List Item name of the list item (a red asterisk * indicates that completing the item was required)
    • The Description associated with the list item (this appears on the list item screen in the Mobile App)
    • The Range, if any, that applies to the list item (anything out of this range would be non-compliant)
    •  The Value Entered by the person completing the list item
    • The Corrective Action, if any, that was taken if the item was reported out of compliance
    • Retry Records - If the response that appears on the report for a list item was the result of a retry during completion, the View Retry Details link appears in this column. Tap/click on the link to see the other answers that were provided before the one that was used in completing the item:

      • The Time Entered and Value Entered columns display information for each retry. Note that this form does not include the final value entered, as that value is displayed as the response.
      • Click the X to close the window.
    • Time Entered in [time zone] is the date and time the response was made.
  • [Server Only] If you want a copy of the report emailed to your address, click the Create Document button and choose the format you want to use from the list (XLSX only):

A message appears advising you that the report will be emailed to your address shortly:

Click OK, and check your inbox after a few minutes.

    • If the file does not appear in your inbox after 5 minutes, check you SPAM/JUNK folders to make sure it has not been intercepted. The email would have come from support@compliancemate.com or no-reply@compliancemate.com.
      • If it has been intercepted, we suggest adding the email address as a trusted sender and then moving it to your Inbox.
