Inactive Sensors

For this article, we are using screen captures from the Server App. In the Mobile App, the screens have the same information and functionality as those in the Server App, but the layout and formatting have been modified to fit the smaller screens found on tablets and other smart devices.

The Filter

To view this report, select Inactive Sensors in the Report Type field. This report can be further filtered based on the following:

• Groups
• Locations
• Device Templates or Sensors

By default, the Date Range is Today and cannot be changed.

The Report

• The report lists all sensors that are inactive today.
• For each sensor, the following information is provided:
  • The Location of the sensor
  • The Phone Number of the location
  • The alias Name for the sensor
  • The Serial number (Device EUI)
  • The date and time of Last Contact
• [Server Only] If you want a copy of the responses downloaded to your computer, click the Create Document button and choose the format you want to use from the list (CSV or XLSX):

  

  • The file is automatically downloaded to your computer in the default download folder.
