  • Updated

For this article, we are using screen captures from the Server App. In the Mobile App, the screens have the same information and functionality as those in the Server App, but the layout and formatting have been modified to fit the smaller screens found on tablets and other smart devices.

The Filter

To view this report, select Sensor Readings in the Report Type field. This report can be further filtered based on the following:

  • Groups
  • Locations
  • Device Templates or Sensors

The Report: Incidents per Day

A card for each sensor is displayed on the report:

  • If your active workspace is a group, this will be cards for all locations in the group or its child groups.
  • If your active workspace is a location, this will be cards for that location.

Each cards function the same as the cards found on the Dashboard in the Mobile App and Server App:

  • You can zoom into the graph.
  • Clicking Device or Location opens the the Sensor Readings report, filtered to only show readings from the selected sensor for the past 24 hours.
  • Clicking the pause icon displays the pause sensor alert notifications dialog so you can set a pause. The icon switches to resume.
  • Clicking the resume icon opens the clear pause dialog so you can clear the sensor alert notification pause. The icon switches to pause.
  • Clicking RESOLVE ALERT at the top of the card, if it appears, allows you to resolve the issue that triggered the alert.

[Server Only] If you want a copy of the report emailed to your address, click the Create Document button and choose the format you want to use from the list (CSV or XLSX):

A message appears advising you that the report will be emailed to your address shortly:

Click OK, and check your inbox after a few minutes.

  • If the file does not appear in your inbox after 5 minutes, check you SPAM/JUNK folders to make sure it has not been intercepted. The email would have come from support@compliancemate.com or no-reply@compliancemate.com.
    • If it has been intercepted, we suggest adding the email address as a trusted sender and then moving the email to your Inbox.
