For this article, we are using screen captures from the Server App. In the Mobile App, the screens have the same information and functionality as those in the Server App, but the layout and formatting have been modified to fit the smaller screens found on tablets and other smart devices.
The Filter
To view this report, select Anomalies in the Report Type field. The report can be further filtered based on the following:
- Date Range
- Groups
- Locations
- Lists
The Report: Items Per Day
The report starts with a chart this lists the number of recorded Anomalies per day from completed lists:
- If your active workspace is a group, the numbers are totals for all locations in the group or its child groups on each day.
- If your active workspace is a location, the numbers are totals for that location on each day.
The Report: Per List Item
When you scroll down the screen, you will come to the Anomalies per List Item section:
- The pie chart shows each type of list item that reported an anomaly, the number of times that anomaly was recorded, and its graphic ratio of the total number of anomalies:
- If your active workspace is a group, the counts are for all locations in the group or it child groups.
- If your active workspace is a location, the counts are for that location.
- Below this chart, you will see one or more locations listed:
If your active workspace is a group, these are the locations where at least one anomaly was recorded during the Date Range.
- If your active workspace is a location and the location recorded at least one anomaly during the Date Range, then that location is listed.
- For each location, the number of anomalies recorded during the date range are indicated (white numbers on a red oval).
- Clicking on a location name expands the report to show all lists that recorded anomalies during the Date Range:
- For each list, the number of recorded anomalies is provided (white numbers in red circles).
- Clicking on a list name expands the report to show each anomaly recorded during the date range:
For each anomaly, the following information is provided:
- The list item name and the value entered
- The corrective action taken
- The date and time the corrective action was recorded
[Server Only] If you want a copy of the report emailed to your address, click the Create Document button and choose the format you want to use from the list (CSV or XLSX):
A message appears advising you that the report will be emailed to your address shortly:
Click OK, and check your inbox after a few minutes.
- If the file does not appear in your inbox after 5 minutes, check you SPAM/JUNK folders to make sure it has not been intercepted. The email would have come from support@compliancemate.com or no-reply@compliancemate.com.
- If it has been intercepted, we suggest adding the email address as a trusted sender then moving the email to your Inbox.
