  • Updated

For this article, we are using screen captures from the Server App. In the Mobile App, the screens have the same information and functionality as those in the Server App, but the layout and formatting have been modified to fit the smaller screens found on tablets and other smart devices.

The Filter

To view this report, select Inactive Sensors in the Report Type field. This report can be further filtered based on the following:

  • Groups
  • Locations
  • Device Templates or Sensors

By default, the Date Range is Today and cannot be changed.

The Report: Incidents per Day

The report starts with a chart that lists the number of device incidents per day:

  • If your active workspace is a group, the numbers are totals for all locations in the group or its child groups on each day.
  • If your active workspace is a location, the numbers are totals for that location on each day.

The Report: Incidents by Template

When you scroll down, you will come to the Device Incidents by Template sections:

  • The pie chart shows each Device Template of sensors that reported an incident, the number of times that incident was reported, and its graphic ratio of the total number of incidents:
    • If your active workspace is a group, the counts are for all locations in the group or it child groups.
    • If your active workspace is a location, the counts are for that location.

The Report: Individual Incidents

Below the chart, you will see a list of individual device incidents (triggered alerts) reported:

For each incident, the following information is available:

  • The Location name:
    • When you click on the name, the Dashboard for that location appears
  • The Device serial number (Device EUI):
    • When you click on the number, the Statistics > Sensors > Sensor Readings page appears for the device, defaulting to the Last 24 Hours as the Date Range
  • The alias Name of the sensor
  • The Resolution of the incident
  • The Time Of Incident, recorded as the date and time and sorted in descending order (newest to oldest)

[Server Only] If you want a copy of the responses downloaded to your computer, click the Create Document button and choose the format you want to use from the list (CSV or XLSX):

  • The file is automatically downloaded to your computer in the default download folder.
