Timed Logs

For this article, we are using screen captures from the Server App. In the Mobile App, the screens have the same information and functionality as those in the Server App, but the layout and formatting have been modified to fit the smaller screens found on tablets and other smart devices.

This report is only available if your active workspace is a location, as is the default cause with the Mobile App. The Statistics Timed Logs menu item does not appear if your active workspace is a group.

The Filter

The filter is a date range filter, similar to that used on the Dashboard:

• Today shows you Timed Logs that were created today.
• Yesterday shows you Timed Logs that were created yesterdays.
• Custom shows you Timed Logs for a date you select using the calendar tool that appears when you selected Custom.

The Report

The Timed Logs report shows a progress graph and a list of temperature readings made:

• The Time the reading was made
• The Temperature reading
• The Target temperature
• The name of the Employee who took the reading
• Any Comments the employee entered when they were taking the reading
