List Notifications take two forms:
- List Reminders, which send an SMS, Email, or both 30 or 45 minutes before the Due Time of the checklist to persons with a selected Job Role.
- You can have more than one reminder for a checklist, each with a different combination of type, time, and job role.
- The reminder is sent when scheduled, regardless of the completion status of the checklist at that time (i.e., the checklist may already have been completed when the reminder is sent).
- Completion Notifications, which send an Email upon completion of a checklist to persons with selected Job Roles.
For both forms of notification, no action is required on the part of the recipient.
