Viewing List Reminder History

The Reminder History page lists all alert notifications. It can be filtered to show alert notifications for a specific Date Range, Groups, Locations, Lists, and notifications Types.

To access the ReminderHistory page, click Notifications > List Reminders > Reminder History:

Filtering the List

You can filter the list to show a specific set of alert notifications:

  1. Enter the filter criteria you want to apply:
    • Choose a predefined Date Range:

      or a Custom Date Range by selecting a Start Date and End Date using the calendar tool:

         

    • Choose which child Groups you want to include on the list:

         

      • Only applies if the active workspace is a group.
      • If not child groups exist or none are selected, the filter defaults to the active group.
      • Does not apply if your active workspace is a location.
    • Choose which Locations you want to include on the list:

         

      • Does not apply if your active workspace is a location, as the filter defaults to that location.
    • Choose what Types of reminders you want to include on the list:

         

    • Choose which Lists you want to include reminders from:

         

  2. Click Apply. The resulting list of alert notifications appears:

    • You can collapse the filter area by clicking Filters located below the Apply button.
    • You can expand the filter area by clicking Filters again.

The list provides the following information:

  • The Location where the list was created.
  • The name of the List the reminder was sent for.
  • The Due by date and time for the list.
  • The Minutes Before the due by date and time the reminder was sent out.
  • The Job Role of the reminder recipient.
  • The Type of reminder sent.
    • Note that if there were several types of reminders sent out for one alert, they will each have their own entry on the list.
  • The date and time when the reminder was Sent at.
