Where do we set store (alerting) hours?

In the ComplianceMate solution, store hours are the hours when alert notifications are sent out when triggered:

  • Information about default store (alerting) hours -- the hours inherited from Corporate by all locations -- can be found in Managing Default Store Hours.
  • Information about location-specific store (alerting) hours that override the default store hours inherited from corporate can be found in Managing Settings for a Location.
  • Information about device-specific store (alerting) hours that override the default store hours inherited from corporate and location-specific store hours can be found in Managing Device Templates.
