Answer
To resume SMS messaging from the ComplianceMate Notification system after replying STOP to a message you previously received, you can carry out the following:
- Send a text message as follows:
- To: 1-844-302-1303
- Message: START
You will receive a response from NETWORK MSG that reads:
- You have replied "START" and will begin receiving messages again from this number.
The STOP will be cleared from your phone number for ComplianceMate SMS notifications.
If you previously received instructions to send an email message to resume text notifications, do not use that procedure, as it is no longer applicable. The only way to resume text messaging that has been stopped is to use the text messaging procedure described above.
- If after sending the text you still want to opt-out of receiving SMS, email, and/or phone call notifications, you can edit your User Profile in the Server App and check which notification types you want to opt-out of.
- If you want to opt-out of receiving notifications while on vacation, redirecting your notifications to another user, you can also do so by editing your User Profile in the Server App.
