Answer
There are two steps to making sure that the store is the first phone call when a sensor triggers an alert and the notification process is initiated:
- The following fields in the location's configuration need to be populated:
- Phone Number needs to have a working phone number
- Call store phone needs to be checked
- Phone must be checked as one of the notification types for an Alert Notification in the Device Template used by the sensor.
