List Completion - Duration

This feature will be available in April 2024, at which point this article will be available to Everyone. For now it is only available to Agents and Admins.

For this article, we are using screen captures from the Server App. In the Mobile App, the screens have the same information and functionality as those in the Server App, but the layout and formatting have been modified to fit the smaller screens found on tablets and other smart devices.

The Filter

To view this report, select List Completion - Duration in the Report Type field:

The report can be further filtered based on the following:

  • Date Range
  • Groups
  • Locations
  • Lists

If you choose a large Date Range (e.g., Trailing 90 Days), the report may take a long time to display results when you expand a location.

The Report

When your active workspace is a group, the report appears with lists grouped by location (only in the Server App):

For each location, a summary line provides the following information:

  • The number of lists (white numbers in a red oval)
    • For List Completion - Req, this is the count of all active required lists.
    • For List Completion - All, this is the count of all active lists.
  • The completion percentage for required lists and the completion percentage for all lists on the date at the top of the column.

When your active workspace is a location, the report is the same as for group, only the information displayed is for that location only (this is the default for the Mobile App, and is also available in the Server App):

When you tap/click on the location name, that location expands to show either all lists for that location:

  • For each list, the amount of time (duration) spent on that report for that day appears below the date:
    • If the numbers are in black, it means the time spent on the list is within the minimum and maximum duration times that should be spent on the list, or the list does not have a duration.
    • If the numbers are red, it means the time spent on the list is less than the minimum or greater than the maximum duration times that should be spent on the list.
    • If dashes appear (--), it means no time was spent working on the list.
    • If NA appears, it means the list was not available on that day.

Duration begins when you start a list.

When you tap Complete, the duration ends.

If the interval expires before the list is completed, that time is used as the end of the duration.

If you start a list, stop, start again, and then complete the list, the duration is calculated from the start time until the completion time, even though there was a period when you weren't working on the list.

If you start a list, stop, and then the interval expires, the duration is calculated from the start time until the interval expiration time, even though there was a period when you weren't working on the list.
