Opting Out of Notifications and Reports

You can use the Opt Out of Notifications section of your user profile to select which types of sensor alert, list reminder, and generated report notifications you do not want to receive, 

To opt out of notifications, carry out the following:

1. Click on the user icon on the right side of Compliance banner, and then click Edit Profile on the menu that appears:

     

   The profile form for your account appears:

   

2. Scroll down the form, to the Opt Out of Notifications section:
   

   

3. Choose which notifications you do not want to receive:
4. • • Sensor Alert Emails, which are sent out to the email address provided in the profile when a sensor is not in compliance with a notification alert rule.
     • Sensor Alert Phone, which are calls made to the phone number provided in the profile when a sensor is not in compliance with a notification alert rule.
     • Sensor Alert SMS, which are sent out to the phone number provided in the profile when a sensor is not in compliance with a notification alert rule.
     • List Reminder Emails, which are sent out to the email address provided in the profile when an uncompleted list with required items is due for completion.
     • List Reminder SMS, which are sent out to the phone number provided in the profile when an uncompleted list with required items is due for completion.

       The only time you would receive any of the sensor alert or list reminder notifications is if your name is included in a contact tree based on your job role. If your role is not on the contract tree, you won't receive a notification.

     • Generated Report Email, which are reports generated by the system at specific intervals that are then sent to the email address provided in the profile.

       The only time you would receive a generated report email is if your role for a location matches the subscriber roles selected for that report. If your role is not selected, you won't receive a report email unless you specifically requested to be a subscriber.

5. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Update Profile:

   

   The changes are saved, and the form is closed. The page that was open when you chose to edit your profile remains open.
