Changing Your Password

To change your password, carry out the following:

  1. Click on the user icon on the right side of Compliance banner, and then click Edit Profile on the menu that appears:

      

    The profile form for your account appears:

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Change Password:

    A message appears at the top of the page, advising you to check your email for a link to create a new password:

  3. Open the email and click the link provided. A Change your password page appears:

  4. Complete the Choose a password and Confirm password fields.
  5. Click Save this password.
    • If the passwords match, the password is saved, you may be prompted to update your saved passwords, and the Sign in screen appears, where you can sign in using your Email address and new Password.
    • If the passwords do not match, a message appears below the Confirm password field:

      Try again, making sure your Caps Lock key is set on your keyboard, as expected (passwords are case-sensitive).
