Enabling/Disabling Vacation Mode

Placing your account in Vacation Mode allows you to designate another person to receive any notifications and reports you would normally receive.

Enabling Vacation Mode

To place your account in Vacation Mode, carry out the following:

  1. Click on the user icon on the right side of Compliance banner, and then click Edit Profile on the menu that appears:

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen to display the Vacation Mode section:

  3. Check Enabled.
  4. Click in the Select user to send your Notifications / Reports to field to display a list of available users.
  5. Choose one person from the list. The will receive notifications and reports that would otherwise be sent to you. 
  6. Click Update Profile:

    The changes are saved, and the form is closed. The page that was open when you chose to edit your profile remains open. You are now in vacation mode.

Disabling Vacation Mode

To remove your account from Vacation Mode, repeat the above steps, only uncheck the Enabled field. The person you selected remains in the Select user to send your Notifications / Reports to field for future reference, but they won't receive notifications or reports intended for you unless you enable Vacation Mode again.
