Viewing List Reminder Recipients

The Reminder Recipients page, accessed by clicking Notifications > Lists Reminders > Reminder Recipients, provides you with the following:

• All Lists where Reminders or Completion Notifications have been set up for one or more Intervals for the list.
• For each Reminder:
  • When the reminder will be sent
  • The Job Role that will be used to determine who receives SMS and/or Email reminders at the location, if selected
  • And the type of reminder: SMS, Email, or Light
• For each Completion Notification:
  • The Type of notification that will be sent
  • To whom the notification will be sent, including name and job role

The page appears as follows:

• If an interval on a list does not have a reminder or completion notification associated with it, it will appear as follows:

  

• If a reminder or completion notification appears on the page but there is no name with it, if means the person who would normally receive that reminder or notification has either:
  • Opted out of receiving list reminders and/or notifications
  • Is in vacation mode and they did not designate a person to be their replacement
    • If they did designate a replacement, that person has opted out of receiving list reminders and notifications
