  • Make sure Bluetooth is turned ON (enabled) on both devices you are trying to connect.
  • Turn on Discovery mode on both devices.
  • Make sure the two devices are in close enough proximity to one another (within 5 feet of each other) to make sure a connection can be established and maintained.
  • Limit data shared between devices.
  • Limit number and type of devices connected.
  • Make both devices you're trying to pair have sufficient charge/battery.
  • Toggle Airplane Mode ON and then OFF.
  • Toggle Bluetooth OFF and back ON on both devices, if possible.
  • Remove old, unused Bluetooth connections.
  • Remove the device from the tablet and rediscover it.
  • Power both devices OFF and then back ON.
  • Move away from the Wi-Fi router, and try pairing the two devices.
  • Move away from any USB 3.0 ports, and try pairing the two devices.
  • Make sure Bluetooth drivers are up to date on both devices. If not, update them.
  • Make sure device's firmware and/or OS is up to date.
  • Clear the Bluetooth cache (Android only):
    • Go Settings > Backup and restart > Reset network settings
