Requesting Reports and Viewing Report Results

You can request any single or multi-location be generated on demand. Once generated, you can then download the report from the single or multi-location results page of the location where the report was created.

Requesting a Single Location Report

To request a single location report, carry out the following:

  1. From the Reports menu, choose Request Report. The Request Report page appears:

  2. Select the Location where to run the report:
    • If your active workspace is a group, you can choose any location in that group or its child groups.
    • If your active workspace is a location, the lookup defaults to that location and can't be changed.
  3. Select the Report name you want to run from the list of single location reports.
  4. Select a Report Date using the calendar tool that appears when you click in the field.
  5. Select the Report Language to use from the dropdown list, or use the language from your user profile.
  6. Select the Report Temperature Unit to use from the dropdown list, or use the unit from your user profile.
  7. Click Request Now.
    • If your active workspace was a group, the system changes your active workspace to the location you selected.

    The Report Results page appears with the message GENERATING REPORT. PLEASE WAIT...:

    Once the report is generated, the Report Results page refreshes and the report is added to date you selected when requesting the report. From here, you can download it to your computer for viewing (see Viewing Single Location Report Results).

Requesting a Multi-Location Report

To request a multi-location report, carry out the following:

  1. From the Reports menu, choose User Specific Reports. The multi-location reports page appears with the Request Now section visible:

  2. Select the Report name you want to run from the list of single location reports.
  3. Select a Report Date using the calendar tool that appears when you click in the field.
  4. Select the Report Language to use from the dropdown list, or use the language from your user profile.
  5. Select the Report Temperature Unit to use from the dropdown list, or use the unit from your user profile.
  6. Click Request Now.
  7. The page refreshes and the message GENERATING REPORT. PLEASE WAIT... appears in the Report Results section:

    Once the report is generated, the page refreshes and the report is added to the Report Results section under the date you selected when requesting the report. From here, you can download it to your computer for viewing (see Viewing Multi-Location Report Results).

Viewing Single Location Report Results

To view single location reports, carry out the following:

  1. Change your active workspace to the location where the report was generated that you want to view.
    • If you are using the Mobile App, this is the tablet's registered location.
  2. On the Reports menu, choose Report Results. The Report Results page appears:

    • This is the same page that appears after you request a single location report on demand (see Requesting a Single Location Report).
    • The Report Results section is pre-filtered to show all reports, newest to oldest, for the last 90 days, including of today.
    • The page is divided by the Report Date, listing only those dates that have a single location report generated.
    • For each report, the Name of the report and the date and time is was Generated at are listed.
    • If the report you are looking for is from a date that is not between the Start Date and End Date:
      1. Click on the calendar icon in the appropriate field and change the date so that the report will be included in the date range.
      2. Click Apply Date Range to update the Report Results section to include the date of the reporting you are looking for.
  3. Scroll down the Report Results until you find the report you want to view.
  4. Click on the Name of the report. The file is downloaded to the default download folder on your computer, where you can open it using the appropriate application.

Viewing Multi-Location Report Results

To view a multi-location report, carry out the following:

  1. On the Reports Menu, choose User Specific Results. The multi-location reports page appears with the Request Now section active:

  2. Scroll down to the Report Results section:

    • The Report Results section is pre-filtered to show all reports, newest to oldest, for the last 90 days, including of today.
    • The page is divided by the Report Date, listing only those dates that have a multi-location report generated.
    • For each report, the Name of the report and the date and time is was Generated at are listed.
    • If the report you are looking for is from a date that is not between the Start Date and End Date:
      1. Click on the calendar icon in the appropriate field and change the date so that the report will be included in the date range.
      2. Click Apply Date Range to update the Report Results section to include the date of the reporting you are looking for.
  3. Scroll down the Report Results until you find the report you want to view.
  4. Click on the Name of the report.
    • If you active workspace is a group and the report combines all locations into one report, the Name is a link and the file is downloaded to the default download folder on your computer, where you can open it using the appropriate application.
    • If your active workspace is a group and the report is one that generates an individual report for each location in the group or its child groups:
      • The Name is not a link to the report file.
      • You will need to go into each location of the group or its child groups to download and view the report.
    • If your active workspace is a location (the default for the Mobile App), the Name is a link and the file is downloaded to the default download folder on your computer, where you can open it using the appropriate application.
      • This is the functionality whether the report combines all locations or generates a report for each location.
