Viewing Sensor Alert Recipients

The Alert Recipient page, accessed by clicking Notifications > Sensor Alerts > Alert Recipients, provides you with the following formation for the active location or group:

• For each Device Template, a list of each Alert Conditions that could trigger an alert:
  • For each Alert Condition: a list of selected Notification Types:
    • Tablet: True means a message will be sent to all tablets registered at the location.
    • Light: True means the notification light will flash either red or yellow depending on which color was selected for the alert
    • For Phone Calls:
      • If Call store only was selected in the alert, the store's phone number is displayed
      • If Call store only was not selected in the alert:
        • A list of persons will receive calls, their role, and their phone number
        • A list of persons who have Opted Out of receiving phone calls
    • For SMS:
      • A list of persons who will receive messages, their role, and their phone number
      • A list of persons who Opted Out of receiving SMS messages
    • For Emails:
      • A list of persons who will receive emails, their role, and their email address
      • A list of persons who have Opted Out of receiving emails.

Each Alert Condition initially appears collapsed when you open the page:

You can click on the Expand/Collapse link to the right of the alert Condition text, and the entry will expand (click again on the link collapses the entry):

In this example, you see three people who will receive an SMS sensor alert notification if an alert is triggered by the expanded condition, and one person who has opted out of SMS sensor alert notifications.

For tiered notifications, the work Tiered is added between the alert condition and the Expand/Collapse link. When you expand the alert condition, you will see up to three notification tiers:
