Answer
By default, Auto Sync is enabled when you install the Mobile App on a tablet so that data is synced between the Mobile App and Server App during the standard checklist completion process:
This update refreshes the values that appear on the Dashboard for standard checklists.
It is possible that Auto Sync has been disabled on one or more tablets at your location. You can confirm this by carrying out the following:
- Access Settings through the Mobile App Menu:
- Check Disable Auto Sync:
- If enabled (green button), it means that Auto Sync is disabled. You can swipe the control to the left to enable the Auto Sync feature.
