Your new tablet has the Knox mobile security platform installed on it. The following procedure is recommended for downloading and installing an app on your tablet:

1. Go to the Website from you can download the app (e.g., Google Playstore).
2. Locate the app you want to install and click Install. The download begins.
3. When the download is complete and the install begins, you will get a pop-up message from Knox security. Tap Settings.
4. Toggle the Allow from this source button to the enable position.
5. Tap the Back button.
6. Allow the install to finish.
7. Tap Done.
