How does a gateway swap work at the time of a sensor warranty swap/purchase?

Along with your new/replacement sensor(s), we will send you a replacement gateway.

You will then carry out the following:

1. Install the replacement gateway and return the old gateway to ComplianceMate:
   • For more information, see Replacing a Gateway.
2. Install the replacement sensors, but do not return the old ones to ComplianceMate:
   • For more information, see Replacing a Sensor.
